D8.2 Innovation management report – Abstract

Aiming to explore and exploit the potential benefits posed by an efficient management of FormPlanet innovation procedures, one specific task in the project was dedicated towards Innovation Management (Task 8.3). Namely, the purpose of this task was to ensure that the project research activities and achievements were properly managed throughout the project. At the same time, the task aimed to advise and support participating SMEs in implementing successful innovation strategies beyond the project’s framework. The innovation management task has been mainly carried out under the lead of EURECAT innovation experts.The present deliverable describes all the activities conducted as part of the Innovation Management task. Concretely, we include a summary of the main activities consisting in: the innovation diagnosis among consortium partners and the innovation workshops held during the project consortium meetings. The first sections of this deliverable briefly introduce the European Innovation context and the Innovation Management task and methodology followed during the project.
