D7.5 Impact Assessment Report – Abstract

The services developed under the FormPlanet project have a positive impact on industry operations, bringing out innovation to companies from different sectors and different sizes. The KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) of FormPlanet, aim to show and measure which benefits can a company obtain when receiving innovative characterisation services. The KPIs, defined and measured with the industrial partners participating in the project case studies (WP4), have shown relevant gains in terms of cost and time reduction and positive environmental impact regarding a reduction of the rejected parts. The measurement of the impacts will be a powerful tool for commercialising services of the future Test Bedand promote success stories.
