D6.9 Complete Business Plan final version – Abstract

FormPlanet project is aimed ensuring maximum exploitation and impact of the project outcomes for the sheet metal forming industry in Europe. The consortium is working on setting up a new entity, the FormPlanet Test Bed, that will ensure renowned partners with leading technical expertise and innovative modelling services servethe sector in overcoming present and future challenges related to the manufacture of high-performance parts with new high strength materials.

The present Business Plan wants to ensure both future financial and operational sustainability of the Test Bed.It will do so by stating business goals that are attainable and plans for reaching them. It also contains background information about the organization and the team needed to reach those goals. The business plan mainly provides an insight of the activities connected to exploitation of research results obtained during and after FormPlanet project’s conclusion.

The present document comprises the final version of the Business Plan (M36) based on the previous versions reviewed and validated by project partners and coordinators.
