D6.5 Open Call Report – Abstract

The Open Call of the FormPlanet project is a crucial step for the validation of the future Open Innovation Test Bed services and processes, and a chance to prove the added value that FormPlanet can bring into the sheet metal forming market. This Open Call has been designed to ensure innovative characterization and modelling methodologies for the sheet metal sector are available throughout Europe and accessible even for SMEs. This report will provide a thorough explanation on the process of design of the Open Call, report on the actions that have been carried out, and show its results and next steps until the end of the project.
