D6.2 FormPlanet operational processes – Abstract

The FormPlanet Operational Processes deliverable lays out the process followed by the project partners, led by the exploitation team in Eurecat, to set up the future Test Bed. It has been necessary to perform a thorough study to determine which is the legal form that best suits the objectives and operations of the new entity. Moreover, the governing structure and operational processes have been defined in order to ensure a successful launch and functioning of the Test Bed. To do so, the drawbacks and bottlenecks for each future member to create the new entity have been compiled, analysed and shared among all members of the future entity to reach upon agreements and identify those aspects that need further discussion, until reaching a common agreement in every aspect of the new entity.

This is a preliminary version of the Operational Processes. During the next period of the project these operational processes will be tested and validated. Therefore, some changes may occur during the remaining period of the project. These changes will be included in the last deliverable D6.7 Test Bed Full Validation Report.
