D5.1 Platform requirements – Abstract

To fulfil the need for high-quality data the 'off-the-shelf' GRANTA MI Data Management Software will be used for robust storage and traceability of all the information generated in the project. GRANTA MI is already to a high TRL and requires configuration and adaptation for the specific domain of sheet metal forming to reach exploitation readiness for the Test Bed.

The goal of this deliverable is to collect the data management and software requirements to support the activities of Task 5.2 aiming at the Implementation of the materials and process information management system (alpha version). The collected requirements take the form of a detailed survey which brings together the functional needs of the end-users and translates these needs into technical specifications.
